Kim Barkus is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Hypnotherapist with over 15 years of experience in treating mental health and addiction difficulties. Her education and unique history in the field have afforded her vast experiences in treating various conditions, utilizing many different treatment approaches. Kim loves working collaboratively with individuals to create plans that work for them and their unique needs, focusing on healing the mind, body, and spirit. Kim is also the founder and Clinical Director of TabulaRasa Integrative Health Inc.
Daniel Burgos
LPC
Daniel Burgos, LPC, earned a Master’s Degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He has more than 11 years of experience collaborating with individuals on mood and anxiety disorders, sexuality and gender identity, and vocational barriers related to learning and developmental disabilities. He uses a variety of therapeutic approaches and tools, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and psycho-education, to aid clients in healing and wellness.
Sara Girardi LPC
Sara joins TabulaRasa as a Licensed Professional Counselor with a wealth of experience and knowledge. She is EMDR Trained and also practices alternative healing methods such as hypnosis, Reiki and Sound Therapy.
Melissa Parsell

Melissa Parsell, is TabulaRasa’s Art Therapy/Counselor. Melissa joined our practice in January 2023 and is a recent graduate.
When it comes to art therapy, most think it’s for children. However, art therapy is for all ages and is incorporated
into traditional therapy practices, assisting individuals in working towards and meeting their treatment goals.

Rosanna is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who is accepting clients and is focused on inspiring them to move forward and upward with the use of proven and effective treatment methods such as CBT, SFPT, psychodynamic and person-centered therapies.

Susie Rodriguez LSW
Susie Rodriguez is a Licensed Social Worker specializing in holistic and mindfulness interventions. With 10 years social service experience within the Lake County Area, Susie is able to relate and understand economic and social struggles. Making it her purpose to guide children, adults, couples and families to their mental health goals. Susie works to remind clients of how amazing they are with cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and psychodynamic therapies.
